Michelin Scotland Innovation Parc (MSIP) is Scotland’s hub for sustainable innovation located in Dundee.
It's an ambitious joint venture between Michelin, Dundee City Council and Scottish Enterprise, created to generate economic growth in Scotland and support a fair and just transition to a net zero economy.
MSIP highlights
Large flexible space
With a 32-hectare site and excellent connectivity, MSIP offers a dynamic space for businesses of all sizes to locate.
Tenants have access to an Innovation Campus and Skills Academy that can provide business innovation and skills support, with competitive green energy delivered from sustainable sources.
Collaboration
MSIP is committed to working in partnership with industry, academia, government and the local community to transform Dundee into a key location for innovation that will progress emerging technology for a greener future.
Thirteen businesses have already chosen to locate at the Innovation Parc, offering opportunities to collaborate and grow.
