KultraLab is an innovative behavioural science and technology company that uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enable businesses to build the workforces of the future.
After receiving over £2 million investment from Scottish investment syndicate Kelvin Capital and our domestic arm, Scottish Enterprise, the firm is set to open a ‘product hub’ in Edinburgh.
KultraLab says this new hub will be central to its plans to deliver a unique behavioural change platform to its clients.

For cutting-edge tech companies like KultraLab, Scotland is a natural choice. Our internet of things (IoT) network is the most advanced in the UK, providing the ideal environment for companies to test, develop and commercialise new services. As well as this, our centres of excellence, which focus on specialities from cyber security to space, open countless opportunities for collaboration.
Scotland’s tech talent was another big draw for KultraLab. With more than 15,000 digital technology graduates each year coming from our world-class universities, we have plenty of highly skilled experts to choose from.
Part of a growing trend
KultraLab is the latest in a long line of companies choosing Scotland as a place to grow its business. As Scottish Government Business Minister Ivan McKee announced at the 2022 World Forum for Foreign Direct Investment in Edinburgh, Scottish Development International, along with our domestic arm Scottish Enterprise and other counterparts, has supported more than one hundred inward investment projects in the 2021/22 financial year.
Almost forty of these projects involved new investors choosing to locate in Scotland for the first time, showing that our country continues to be an attractive place for firms to invest and grow.
