Financial support

Funding and incentives

We can provide the financial support to make your project come alive.

Projects in Scotland thrive on funding, hard work and ambition. You may be eligible for grants to support capital or salary costs in certain areas of the country, or R&D grants that cover a percentage of development costs.

And our investment arm, the Scottish Investment Bank (SIB), helps SMEs attract growth capital, often by co-investing with private investors.

In fact, the financial support that we offer is just one of the reasons why 73% of investors consider us an important reason for their continued presence in Scotland.

Or you might benefit from the R&D grant so you can fund the development of new products, processes and services, or improve existing ones.
