Scottish seafood
Seafood Expo North America is the largest seafood event in North America, with thousands of buyers and suppliers from around the world attending.

The USA is Scotland’s largest market for combined food and drink exports, worth £900 million in 2014. Scottish food exports to Canada grew in value in 2014 to £14.3 million.

With our cold, clear waters and strong currents, Scotland produces a diverse range of some of the world’s finest seafood. We’ll be showcasing more species than ever this year, including monkfish, hake, crab and langoustine.

Get a taste of Scotland at the Scottish Pavilion

Visit the Scottish pavilion at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center, booth #2253. We have more than doubled the number of exhibitors on our Seafood from Scotland stand from the 2016 event. Two Scottish companies, Scottish Seas and Campbells & Co, will also be launching new brands at the event.

During the event we'll be running demos three times a day, showcasing all of our species from salmon and whitefish, to crab and mackerel. We’ll be pairing premium Scottish seafood with Scotch whisky, Scottish gin and craft beer at each demo.

We’re also hosting an industry reception on the evening of Monday 20 March.
