Connecting Scotland with the world
Our network of global offices help connect Scotland's supply chain companies with customers, partners and suppliers in key markets.
Lena Wilson, chief executive of Scottish Enterprise, said:
"Today's results clearly reflect a very mixed picture for the oil and gas industry.
"On one hand they demonstrate the global reputation of the sector and the strong demand for its skills, experience and expertise but on the other, the severe impact of the low oil price necessitates further work to transform to become even more competitive in the global marketplace."
By having experts in key markets we can help Scottish companies access new opportunities.
Our new office in Africa in partnership with our team in Scotland, for example, has helped the supply chain deliver a record £2.75 billion of sales into this growth market, beating our target of reaching £2 billion by 2017.
And, wherever you are in the world, our staff can help you find the expertise and skills you need for your project from Scotland's supply chain companies.
