Concentrix have significantly increased their UK investment with a new global delivery centre designed to support their portfolio of multinational clients.

This project sees the creation of a new 22,000 square feet centre in Inverclyde’s Faulds Park business complex overlooking the River Clyde. Following the announcement of 1,000 new jobs in Belfast, it further proves the company’s commitment to investment in the UK – and takes its worldwide team to more than 50,000 employees.

Backed by an RSA grant from Scottish Enterprise, this new venture represents a huge economic boost which has been enthusiastically received by Scotland. According to Phillip Cassidy, Senior Vice President of the Concentrix Corporation, Concentrix’s ultimate goal is to “differentiate our clients in their marketplace and help make them more competitive".

To accomplish this requires significant investment in people, training and technology. ”This new centre will form an integral part of the Concentrix offering, delivering 'end-to-end' customer engagement services, technology innovation, analytics and process optimisation.

Scottish Enterprise’s Chief Executive, Lena Wilson, is happy with the outcome. “I’m delighted that through RSA we have been able to support Concentrix in their expansion, creating 500 new jobs. This is a fantastic jobs boost for Inverclyde and we look forward to working with the rapidly-expanding company as they continue to grow and prosper in Scotland.”
