Centres of excellence – an overview
Scotland has one of the highest concentrations of students in Europe, with over 7,200 students being enrolled in engineering and environment-related studies.
Out of Scotland’s 14 universities, 12 are currently engaged in cleantech-related research.
Our universities capitalise on their internationally renowned research in energy and electronics to develop leading environmental technologies research projects and training courses.
