The space industry in Scotland is a dynamic and growing sector. The sector is spearheaded by a number of companies at the cutting edge of their specialisms, supported by a leading national technology centre and benefits from world renowned research groups.

Scotland is playing significant roles in UK Space Agency, NASA and European Space Agency projects such as UKube-1 and the James Webb Space Telescope, with products and services also being sold to international customers such as the Chinese National Space Administration and RosCosmos of Russia among others.
