Strategy development training

Our strategy development training has been designed to help companies accelerate their international growth.

The training helps develop a detailed export and international trade strategy and builds the skills and knowledge needed to put that strategy into action.

How your company can benefit

Strategy development training can help your company to:

  • Develop an understanding of the export aims of your business
  • Identify and evaluate all the available export options
  • Develop the chosen options in a sustainable export strategy
  • Identify the key steps that will allow the implementation of the export strategy
  • Build the skills and knowledge needed to implement the export strategy
