We can help by providing funding for an export manager who will fill those gaps and support the delivery of your company's export and international trade strategy.
How your company can benefit
The service is flexible and supports the employment of an export business manager with the skills and experience that best suit your company’s specific requirements.
We can provide between 30 and 50 percent of the cost of the export manager, although this does not include recruitment costs.
Employ an export manager for a period of:
- Three months or less as part of our introductory service
- Three to 12 months
Hiring an export manager will give companies access to the the expertise needed to fully plan and implement an export strategy.

Any Scottish company with plans to export could be eligible for funding for an export manager.
