An export strategy can help companies identify the opportunities and anticipate the risks involved in entering into new markets and developing their international trade.
Sometimes even companies with experience of exporting can lack a clear strategy. Our export and international trade strategy workshops can help you develop a successful export strategy and plan the best way to put it into action.
How your company can benefit
Our export strategy workshops are designed to help companies like yours design and implement effective export and international strategies.
By working directly with the management teams our workshops can help companies define a plan for growth and expansion.
Learn how to:
- Develop an export strategy aligned to the aims of the business
- Develop a clear understanding of investment opportunities and associated risks
- Develop an action plan to take the product or service to export markets
Before each workshop a meeting will be held to identify the key issues and objectives that will be covered.
The interactive one day workshop will then provide an opportunity to:
- Explore key issues and objective
- Identify options available to the company
- Explore the weaknesses and strengths of each option
- Choose the option that offers the best platform for business growth
- Create an action plan that will help move the company’s export strategy forward
A further meeting will be held to ensure that the company is comfortable following the action plan.
