Scottish Development International (SDI) will be sharing the best of Scotland's thriving BPO sector at CallCenterWorld 2012.
Europe's largest call centre conference and exhibition, CallCenterWorld attracts decision makers from the global call centre industry. In 2011 over 7500 visitors participated in the event.
Scotland's contact centres employ 86,000 with growth of 54 percent since 2003 making the industry one Scotland's fastest growing sectors.
Offering 26 different languages, Scotland's call centres are the perfect base for global companies and attract significant inward investment, generating around £10 billion per year for the Scottish economy.
The SDI at CallCenterWorld will showcase Scotland's contact centre strengths and potential to a global audience.
SDI will be at Stand A1 in Hall 4 during CallCenterWorld 2012.
